FAQ
Will I need to pay every month?
Both options include your Fuzozo device. Basic has no monthly fee and includes up to 20 minutes of AI conversation per day and 0.5 GB of 4G data per month.
The Plus option also includes a Plus activation card. Activate it to upgrade your total allowance to up to 60 minutes per day and 1.5 GB per month, including Basic—not extra on top. Plus lasts one year from activation, with no auto-renewal.
What do I need to get started?
Have your smartphone, the free Fuzozo app, and an internet connection ready. A USB charging cable comes in the box; you’ll need your own USB power adapter.
Fuzozo is designed for adults aged 18 and over. Anyone under 18 should use it with a parent or guardian.
Can we chat when we’re out and about?
Yes. With 4G coverage, your conversations can come along too. Fuzozo supports 4G in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and all EU countries. Availability varies by location and local network.
At home, use 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Fuzozo does not support 5 GHz Wi-Fi, and AI conversation needs an internet connection.
When will my Fuzozo ship? Is there a delivery fee?
We currently ship only to U.S. addresses, primarily from our U.S. West Coast warehouse. In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after payment. Pre-order shipping follows the timing stated on the product page; Fuzozo pre-orders are expected to ship in late October.
Orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Other shipping charges are shown at checkout. We’ll email tracking information once your order ships. See our Shipping Policy.
What if I need to return my Fuzozo?
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. You pay return shipping.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover approved return shipping; the unopened and unused requirements do not apply.
Contact support@fuzozo.net before returning. Refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and verify an approved return. Bank processing times may vary. See our Return & Refund Policy.
What if my Fuzozo needs a repair?
The Fuzozo main unit is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date you receive it. The plush exterior is also covered for one year for defects in materials or workmanship.
Included accessories such as the charging cable, brush, strap, and bracelet are covered for 3 months. Separately sold accessories and derivative products are also covered for 3 months.
Warranty coverage applies to defects under normal use and is subject to the full Warranty & Repair Policy. For help, contact support@fuzozo.net with your order number and a description of the issue.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it enters the fulfillment process. Contact support@fuzozo.net with your order number as soon as possible. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellation is no longer available; eligible products can be returned after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
What language does Fuzozo speak?
Fuzozo is designed for natural conversations in English. Conversations in other languages aren’t guaranteed.
