We primarily collect your personal information through the following three channels, which you acknowledge and consent to:

(a) Information You Provide Directly

We may collect and store information that you fill in and submit on the relevant pages when using the Software, written materials that you provide to us, whether in paper form or electronic form, information you publish while using the Software, including but not limited to information generated through your interaction with the system, preference information that you fill in or select, information that you provide when contacting us, and information relating to your activities and conduct during your use of the Software.

(b) Information We Collect Automatically

When you register, log in to, and use the services provided by us, or when we handle customer complaints, inquiries or disputes, we may collect relevant information sent to us by your computer, mobile phone or other access devices, collect information that you have authorized us to obtain, and record information relating to the computer, mobile phone or other access devices used by you.

(c) Information We Obtain from Other Sources

With your consent, we may also obtain your relevant information from third-party organizations with which “Fuzozo” has cooperation arrangements and which have lawfully established and legally retained such information.

For example, when you purchase our products through a third-party e-commerce platform on which we operate, such as [U.S. sales channels], the types of personal information that we collect through such third-party e-commerce platform will depend on the settings of the third-party e-commerce platform and the specific type of services selected by you, and may include your contact information and relevant order information.

1.2. How We Use Your Information

Circumstances Where You Authorize Us to Collect and Use Your Personal Information

As an AI agent software application, “Fuzozo” provides various functions. In order to implement such functions or enable your use of such functions, we need to collect or use your corresponding personal information.

Since the personal information collected is necessary for the implementation of the relevant business functions and for improving your user experience, if you do not provide such information, we will be unable to provide you with the corresponding functions and/or services.

These functions include:

(a) Registration/Login

When you register an account, you will need to provide your real mobile phone number, the SMS verification code received by you, and other relevant information.

(b) Personal Information Settings

After you log in to the Software, you may access the personal information settings page. During this process, you will need to answer questions pre-set by the Software or complete tasks pre-set by the Software, so that we may understand your gender, date of birth and nickname.

You may choose to set your nickname, which enables us to address you by your nickname through your smart device during conversations with you.

(c) Voice Commands to Fuzozo

You may engage in voice-based conversational interactions with the AI agent character on the device paired with “Fuzozo”.

We will analyze and process the voice information input by you after converting it into text, so that we may provide output content suitable for you based on the relevant context.

We collect, use, and retain such data only for the purposes described above, will not sell it or use it for targeted advertising, and, where required by applicable state law, will obtain your opt-in consent and provide the right to limit its use.

We may also improve the quality of our services based on your feedback, including likes, reports, and re-inputs.

We recommend that the information you provide should not contain any privacy-related information of yourself or others, or any other unauthorized information.

Biometric Information

Where Voiceprint Feature information qualifies as biometric information under applicable law, we will, before collection, provide a clear written notice describing the specific purpose and retention period and obtain a written release, which may be electronic where permitted by law.

Voiceprint enrollment is optional and is not required to use the core Services.

We will use Voiceprint Feature information solely to distinguish speakers and provide the voiceprint recognition feature.

We will not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from Voiceprint Feature information.

We will permanently delete such information when the original purpose for collection has been satisfied or within three years of your last interaction with us, whichever occurs first, unless a different period is required by applicable law or valid legal process.

(d) Intimacy System

During your interaction with the AI agent hardware device, the Intimacy Bonus function may be triggered. After you complete the corresponding operations, you may obtain specific “rewards”.

We will record and retain your achievement history and transmit such information to our cloud server for processing, so that we may further understand your preferences, behavioral patterns, and other relevant information.

To the extent this constitutes profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, or the processing of sensitive personal information, we will honor your rights to opt out of such profiling and to limit the use of sensitive personal information where such rights are provided under applicable state law.

(e) Customer Service and Feedback

When you contact us, we will require you to provide your mobile phone number, “Fuzozo” account information, and usage information.

To ensure the security of your account, we will use your mobile phone number and “Fuzozo” account information to verify your identity when providing customer service.

When you request customer service in relation to information generated during your use of the Software, we will query your usage information.

If you refuse to provide such information, we will be unable to respond to your customer service request.

(f) Functions Necessary for Ensuring Service Security

To ensure system stability and security, we need to collect your device information, such as device model, operating system version, device identifiers, network information, application usage information, and other relevant information.

(g) Marketing Communications

We are pleased to provide you with the latest information, whether relating to our latest product releases, user offers, or upcoming events.

With agree your consent where required by applicable law (including, for SMS and telephone marketing, prior express written consent under the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state analogues, and CAN-SPAM requirements for commercial email), we may use your personal information to provide you with information concerning goods or services, such as marketing communications, events, or promotions.

We may share information with application store providers and payment processors for purposes of managing payments, subscriptions, and resolving user-initiated disputes or refund requests.

We will share your information only for lawful, legitimate and necessary purposes, and only the information necessary for providing the relevant services will be shared.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.

Sharing personal information means that the recipient will also become a personal information processor of your personal information, as “Fuzozo” is.

Both “Fuzozo” and the recipient will use your personal information in the manner consented to by you or permitted by laws and regulations.

For companies, organizations and individuals with whom we share personal information, we will enter into strict confidentiality agreements and data security terms with them, and will use reasonable efforts to require them to protect your personal information.

However, “Fuzozo” may be unable to control the formulation of third-party privacy protection policies and their actual processing activities.

2.3. Transfer

Without your consent, we will not transfer your personal information to any third-party company, organization or individual.

Where a transfer is necessary due to merger, division, dissolution, declaration of bankruptcy or other reasons, we will, before the transfer, inform you of the name and contact information of the recipient, and require the recipient to continue to perform the obligations of a personal information processor.

Please also be aware that, if you actively disclose or share your relevant information to third-party platforms, such as WeChat friends, WeChat Moments, QQ, etc., the shared information will be disseminated immediately and widely.

Once you have shared such information, it will be difficult to ensure that, when you need to delete the information, the information you have shared will be completely deleted from all internet platforms that have received or forwarded it.

In certain circumstances, even if you delete the information that you have publicly disclosed or shared from our website, App or WeChat Mini Program, such information may still remain in publicly accessible areas, and may still be independently cached, copied or stored by other users or by third parties that are not affiliated with us and are not under our control, or retained in publicly accessible areas through other users or such third parties.

3. How We Secure and Store Your Personal Information

Please note that, for certain types of personal information, such as information necessary for implementing the basic functions of “Fuzozo” or information necessary for us to perform our obligations under laws and regulations, we may be unable to respond to your request to change the scope of authorization.

After you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information.

However, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect the personal information processing activities previously carried out based on your consent.

4.4. Unsubscribe from Marketing Communications

4.5. Delete Personal Information

You may contact us at support@fuzozo.net to delete your personal information.

Upon a verifiable request, we will delete your personal information and direct our service providers and contractors to do the same, except where retention is permitted or required under applicable law.

Where we cannot fully delete certain data, we will inform you of the basis, securely store such data, and restrict any further processing of it until it can be cleared or anonymized.

4.6. Responding to Your Requests

After receiving your request, we will verify your identity by reasonable means.

We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable law.

If we decline to act on your request, we will inform you of the reasons and of your right to appeal, and will respond to an appeal within the timeframe required by applicable state law.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. Where the request is submitted by an authorized agent, we may require verification of the agent’s authority.

Any identity verification information provided to us will be used only for verification purposes and processed in accordance with applicable law.

In principle, we do not charge any fees. However, if your requests are repeatedly submitted or exceed reasonable limits, we may charge certain costs as appropriate.

6. Protection of Minors’ Information

Our services are directed to and intended solely for adults 18 years of age and older, and are not directed to children.

We do not knowingly collect, use, sell, share, or otherwise process the personal information of children under the age of 13 in violation of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and we do not knowingly sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising the personal information of consumers under 16 without the opt-in consent required by applicable state law.
